Aayush's Story
Aayush was a brilliant 17 year old young boy who was full of life and doing his AS Levels. He lost his life tragically but we want his legacy to live on through this charity and hope that this contribution will help to recognise mental health issues in young people. The family would welcome any donations in his memory to
Suffolk Mind.

"Such a tragedy. My heart goes out to the family. So many people struggle, people of all ages, all backgrounds. We all need to reach out to people around us and offer that listening ear, or that shoulder to cry on. A simple offer of a cup of tea, or a chat over a beer. You never know what burdens people are carrying and you never know what a difference one kind act can make. The person who saved my life still doesn't know to this day. If they had not come to see me that day, if they had been 10 minutes later then I may have made my journey to the bridge. I may or may not have turned into another statistic that day. Keep talking to each other, and keep listening. Rest in peace Aayush."
