Suffolk mind for me is key to help and support anyone that needs it. I used their services after a very difficult period in my life and where I felt lost. They helped me process the situation and move forward. I want this service to be accessible to everyone, so for my birthday I’ll be throwing myself out of a plane as well as having a party where I’ll be dancing all night long and asking for donations to this amazing charity.
