On the 23rd October I will be running a 10k tough mudder! I’ve never done anything like this before and I’m by no means a runner so this is going to be a real challenge. I have funded the run myself so any donations will go directly Suffolk Mind.A close friend of mine took his life on the 23rd August 2021 leaving many people behind that loved him dearly. It is so important that organisations like Mind are available 24/7 for the people that need them so any donations will be really appreciated.
