Ipswich Half Marathon 2023 – Event information

Following a successful first event, the Larking Gowen Ipswich Half Marathon is back again and Suffolk Mind are delighted to be an official Charity Partner.

The race will start and finish at Portman Road Stadium – home to Ipswich Town FC. You will see runners heading down Duke Street, through Ipswich Waterfront and then along Cliff Lane. Continuing around the River Orwell, you will head to Wherstead Road, back along Grafton Way before reaching the big finish at the stadium.

The Suffolk Mind team and volunteers will be there to welcome you in the Charity Village and to cheer you along, at a dedicated Suffolk Mind cheer point along the route.

How to register

We have a limited number of spaces for this event and are offering competitive packages to runners choosing to fundraise for Suffolk Mind.

For the first 5 runners who wish to run for Suffolk Mind, we will cover the cost of the standard £33 registration fee in full (meaning you register at no cost to you), provided you pledge to endeavour to raise a minimum of £200 for our charity. Not only that, but we will also send you a complimentary running top too, so that you can show to the world you are supporting our vital services.

The next 15 runners will be able to register a space at the discounted price of £15 each, provided each runner pledges to endeavour to raise a minimum of £170. Plus, you will be able to purchase one Suffolk Mind running top at 20% off the RRP (we will send you a discount code with your registration confirmation).
