Please note a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance and any dietary requirements, 6 weeks before the event.
You can order your tickets by emailing fundraising@suffolkmind.org.uk. We advise booking sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Is Gala on the Farm an outdoor event?
In part and while we hope the weather stays lovely and sunny to enjoy the host of beautiful outside spaces, the dining tables and dance floor are sheltered within the main tent. The tent will be open the whole night so you can venture in and out as you please.
Will we see any animals?
Our corporate sponsors will have exclusive access to the farm park after closing to the public, and before our drink’s reception, and a park ranger will introduce you to some of the animals up close and personal
As an attendee only, the event will overlook the farm park so whilst you will not have access to the park on the night, you might still be able to spot a furry friend or two in the distance.
What is the dress code?
The theme of our gala is festival finery. We want this to be a relaxed event, but we would recommend you dress to impress! A photobooth will be on site to capture you enjoying the night.
Please note that the venue is a working farm and although the event is in the summer, British weather likes to keep us on our toes! However, rest assured, the tent has full hard flooring and dance floor.
If you are a corporate sponsor visiting the farm park before the event, you might want to bring your wellies as well as your dancing shoes.
I’m a business, can I sponsor Gala on the Farm?
We still have some spots available for sponsorship should you wish to take advantage of some fabulous and exclusive benefits.
You can download a sponsorship brochure or get in touch directly with the fundraising manager julie.long@suffolkmind.org.uk.
