Joanne Barwick

I’m a Suffolk Ambassador for the This Girl Can campaign, and am really excited to be combining my passion to help people of all ages increase their activity levels to benefit their minds and body; this challenge just jumped out at me as the perfect opportunity. I’ll be asking friends and family, as well as families of children I work with at a local primary school, to help me reach the 100 miles as quickly as possible. Hopefully well within the 100 days that I have set as a target. Anyone can join in and help me colour in a map of Suffolk, broken into 100 squares, with their initials proudly displayed for each mile they kindly contribute to get to our goal. I see this as a huge team effort to helping all involved take on some extra activity that they may not otherwise have done. Helping us all feel more happy, healthy and positive through working towards this shared goal, as well as raise some much needed funds for and awareness of this valuable local charity.
