Mental health is such an important issue for a lot of people, and covid has seen a drastic increase in the amount of people suffering declining mental health. 

I, my family and many of my friends have experience the consequence of covid lockdowns leading to an increase sense of isolation.

I found from experience that walking helps you have a feel good factor, you can clear your mind, or walk to the beat of your favourite song.

It’s the easiest way to boost your mind and increase your happiness level ☺️ x
