Kicking off for a cause! Every goal that is scored means a step forward in supporting mental health awareness and providing crucial support and services to those in need for our community.
Date: 19th July 2024 – 6:30pm Kick Off
Location: Lowestoft Town Football Club – Love Road, Lowestoft, NR32 2PA
Our goal (mind the pun) is to raise funds and awareness for mental health while having a blast on the field or off the field! Whether you’re a player, spectator or just looking for a laugh! Here is how you can get involved:
1. Donate: If you can’t attend the match then there is still an opportunity to show your support by making a donation! Every contribution helps Suffolk or Norfolk & Waveney Mind fund their vital programs and the support they give the local community over Suffolk and Norfolk.
2. Spread the Word: Share our fundraiser far and wide! Help spread awareness on your social media among friends, family and colleagues. Together we can make a difference in our
residents, friends and families lives who may be affected by mental health challenges.
3. Spectator: Please come down on the day and show your support and enjoy the excitement! It’s a good chance for the organisation to come together from all levels, departments and ages and support a great cause!
If you need even more incentive to support the event. We have the following:
• Half-Time Cross Bar Challenge (£5 entry) – Potential to win a Kyle Walker signed shirt! If you can hit the crossbar three times in a row you can win it! However, if there’s more than one winner then it goes till someone misses.
• Win the Match Ball – (£2 entry) – Buy a raffle ticket and potentially win the match ball!
• Place to purchase refreshments for hopefully a lovely day of weather! (Fingers crossed)
Donating Incentive!:
• £500 – George as a passionate Norwich City Fan will wear the Ipswich Town Shirt for a day at work with photos and videos to be taken!
By helping out in any capacity you are helping spread the word of mental health wellness! Let’s send off the stigma of mental health and score for mental wellness.
As always thank you for your support and enthusiasm.
Yours Sincerely,
George T
£245 raised and counting
Keep up the momentum and let’s see how much more we can raise.
