Challenge Roth is a full Ironman distance Triathlon of 140.6miles, comprising a 2.4mile Swim, 112mile Bike and 26.2 Run, all of which must be completed within 15hrs.
I have witnessed Mental Health challenges within my own close circle of family and friends, and the challenges we all face now with regards to the tough economic and social climate will, in my opinion, lead to more and more people needing the services and support provided by Suffolk Mind.
